Its been awhile since I’ve brewed and now that Spring is in full-force, the time is right to get back to brewing.
One thing that I love about making beer is actually thinking about making beer, researching and writing recipes, and deciding what I might want to be drinking in coming weeks. So over the last while I’ve been doing a lot of planning for my Spring/Summer tap list.
Now to execute the plan. Last weekend was an American Amber Ale brew session, and this weekend was a DIPA SMaSH with Maris Otter and Mandarina Bavaria hops. Up next will be a lager and maybe a Tropical Stout, a new style for my brewing repertoire.
