Mash Temp: 66.5 C (152 F)

MALT
3.15 Kg (11 lbs) – Pale (Marris Otter) Malt
900 g (2 lbs) – Flaked Barley
450 g (1 lbs) – Roasted Barley
100 g (3.5 oz) – Black (pantent) Malt

HOPS
42 g (1.5 oz) – East Kent Goldings (5.5%) – 60 mins

YEAST
Wyeast 1084 – Irish Ale
Made a starter on the stirplate a couple days before – enough for 38L (10 gallons) of beer.

FERMENTATION
3 Weeks @ 17.5 C (63.5 F)
Kegged

NOTES
Made a double batch – only can do 19L (5 gallons) on my system, so brewed two times back-to-back.
