225 g (8 oz) – Crystal 40L Malt
225 g (8 oz) – Crystal 60L Malt

HOPS
14 g (0.5 oz) – Falconer’s Flight (9.9%) – First Wort Hoped (60 min boil)
56 g (2 oz) – Falconer’s Flight (9.9%) – 10 min
42 g (1.5 oz) – Falconer’s Flight (9.9%) – 0 min

YEAST
White Labs WLP060 – American Ale Blend

FERMENTATION
2 Weeks @ 19 C (66 F)

NOTES

This started off with a huge grapefruit aroma when it was transferred to the keg, but that faded for a while and after another week or so somewhat came back. The flavour is great, lots of good comments from people who have had it, but I think I would consider a couple of ounces of dry hops next time.
