MALT
5 Kg (11 lbs) – Pilsner Malt
500 g (1 lbs, 6 oz) – Vienna Malt
280 g (10 oz) – Cara-Pils Malt

HOPS
49 g (1.7 oz) – Saaz (3.2%) – 60 mins
35 g (1.2 oz) – Saaz (3.2%) – 30 mins
28 g (1 oz) – Saaz (3.2%) – 15 mins
28 g (1 oz) – Saaz (3.2%) – 0 mins

YEAST
Wyeast 2278 – Czech Pilsner Lager.

FERMENTATION
4 Weeks @ 10 C (50 F)
Didn’t do a long lager on this one. Put in directly to the keg and carbonated and drank.
