1 kg (2 lbs, 3 oz) – Wheat Malt
750 g (1 lbs, 10 oz) – Munich Malt
650 g (1 lbs, 7 oz) – Sugar

HOPS
7 g (0.25 oz) – Nelson Sauvin (12.5%) – 60 mins
21 g (0.75 oz) – Fuggles (5.7%) – 30 mins
7 g (0.25 oz) – Fuggles (5.7%) – 10 mins

YEAST
White Labs – WLP550 Belgian Ale

FERMENTATION
2 Weeks @ 18.5 C (65 F)
Left to rise to near 20 C (68 F) over a couple of days after fermentation started.
