Mash Temp:
55 C (131 F) for 15 mins
65 C (149 F) for 60 mins

MALT
5 Kg (11 lbs) – Pilsner Malt
500 g (1 lbs, 1.6 oz) – Wheat Malt
225 g (8 oz) – Crystal 30L Malt
75 g (2.7 oz) – Caramunich Malt

HOPS
15 g (0.5 oz) – Nelson Sauvin (12.5%) – 60 mins
28 g (1 oz) – Motueka (6.7%) – 15 mins
28 g (1 oz) – Motueka (6.7%) – 0 mins

YEAST
Wyeast 1214 – Belgian Ale

FERMENTATION
2 Weeks @ 18 C (64 F)

NOTES
Very intense tropical fruit and citrus flavours. Lemons.
Flovour peaked after it was in the keg for a week or two, but the hops faded quicker than I’ve experienced before.
