120 mins @ 68 C (154 F)

MALT
1.5 Kg (3 lbs, 5 oz) – Flaked Corn
1 Kg (2 lbs, 3 oz) – 2-Row Pale Malt
225 g (8 oz) – Flaked Oats

HOPS
12 g (0.4 oz) – Hallertauer (4.8%) – 30 mins

OTHER
1.5 tsp Coriander – 6 mins
peel (zest, no white) of an orange – 6 mins

YEAST
Danstar – Nottingham Dry.

FERMENTATION
1 Week @ 20 C (68 F)

NOTES
Long mash to get conversion and still never tested complete. Fermented hard and fast.
